McCann Manchester has launched a major strategic development partnership with leading retail training organisation OSS Retail on the back of McCann’s work with many of Britain’s biggest and best known retailers.

OSS Retail (formerly Oxford Summer School) is one of the UK’s leading providers of leadership and management development programmes for retailers across the UK and beyond. OSS programmes have developed over 20,000 retail managers since its launch in 1923.

The partnership will see McCann Manchester harness digital expertise from its own senior leaders as well as across McCann Worldgroup combined with high profile speakers and trainers from across the retail sector to deliver digital transformation training programmes for retailers both nationally and internationally.

The first two-day Digital Transformation Programme will be held at the agency’s Bonis Hall Headquarters on 12th – 13th June. Details of the course and how to book can be found at www.ossretail.co.uk

Commenting on the launch of the programme, McCann Manchester Chief Executive Karen Buchanan said, “McCann Manchester has built its position as a centre of retail excellence and connected commerce through work with some of Britain’s best known retail brands. We are delighted to be partnering with OSS Retail to help deliver training and development to some of the UK’s leading retailers.”

Dominic Prendergast, Managing Director of OSS Retail said “Partnering with McCann enables us to harness their digital and retail expertise and share it with our customers. This supports our continual evolution of unparalleled learning and development programmes for retailers. We are genuinely excited to be launching our first programme with the McCann team.”
