McCann Manchester has been awarded the Gold Standard in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) by the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA) for its approach to talent development for the for the sixth time. 

To achieve the Gold Level IPA CPD accreditation, agencies must demonstrate how their holistic approach to continuous professional development enables business success.

The feedback stated: “McCann Manchester has a strong CPD programme in place, that offers its staff a huge variety of learning opportunities throughout the year to help them and its business. They are worthy recipients of the IPA’s Gold CPD Accreditation again.”

Examples of the different learning and development opportunities available to its staff included; pxl, an e-learning app which focuses on digital skills, a series of ‘Outside In’ talks by inspiring external speakers and their continued Leadership Development Centre.
