Aldi is one of the UK’s top retail recruiters and requires a constant stream of quality candidates for roles across stores, head office and logistics. The supermarket needs to recruit thousands of quality candidates each year across a range of skills, levels and locations.
Our approach was to tell the story of Aldi being the best place to work in retail with the campaign ‘Careers Like No Other”. We told the Aldi story in all channels where our target audiences were active. We delivered a multichannel strategy of PR and Social Media that ensured we communicated the right messages to the right people at the right time.
As a result, Aldi has received tens of thousands of high quality applicants and has been placed in The Times top ten places to work nine times in the last 10 years.
