We worked in close collaboration with Wyndham Vacation Rentals to launch their new brand, that would aggregate all its cottage properties across Europe. The launch campaign ran from January 2016, and within 12 months prompted awareness of increased from 0% to 8%.

We were responsible for creating and launching the brand and website - from brand definition, visual identity, full user journey and touchpoint mapping to identify customer behaviour throughout the booking journey and how they are using new devices. We also worked on site UX to improve conversion, SEO migration from previous brands, TV and digital advertising, paid social and evaluation.

Over the years we have mapped the user journey through a continuous UX research process, helping us to understand the purchasing funnel through awareness, consideration, buying and experience. The result is a website that is perfectly tailored for visitors looking for inspiration or to book their ideal cottage holiday.

The website was built alongside an SEO strategy that improved on previous old brand search rankings for all key regions and holiday types.

Spontaneous brand awareness increased from 0% to 8% in 12 months, while the Facebook retargeting delivered ROI in excess of 10:1.

There was also an uplift in brand awareness following our YouTube activity of 93.7% (against best-in-class 32.7%), while we also achieved top three ranking for all key search terms within six months.
