McCann Manchester has continued to demonstrate the creative and effectiveness of its work, scooping eight awards at The Drum’s annual Roses Creative Awards.

The agency’s long-standing relationship with supermarket giant Aldi continues to pay dividends, with its campaigns picking up five awards: 

McCann Manchester also picked up awards for its work to promote the East Cheshire Hospice Art Fair, which took some of the world’s most prestigious art work and adapted to make it look like the subjects are ill and going through treatment. The agency was awarded:

This is the latest in a series of wins for the agency. In December 2018 it scooped the Applications of Research award for Aldi’s Christmas LIVE research at the annual MRS Awards, while it also secured Silver in last year’s IPA Effectiveness Awards. McCann Manchester - working as part of the McCann UK Aldi team - also won Gold in the retail category and Silver in the seasonal marketing category at the 2018 UK Effies.
