McCann Manchester delivered a jaw-dropping 19 per cent increase in YOY sales for Liverpool ONE in 2010/2011, with a creative campaign that oozed style. The agency was tasked with converting high awareness of Liverpool ONE into increased footfall from outside the immediate Liverpool catchment area.  Women were the primary audience for communications and building an emotional connection to the brand was crucial. Unique audience research helped drive the creative. The ‘Life Styled’ campaign attracted high value style seekers by showing them how they could become more stylish simply by being there.
