- The launch of our graduate and apprenticeship programmes
- Supporting over 3000 development hours for our people
- Creating a whole new employee engagement programme called ‘Our McCann’ that is owned by our people
- Becoming one of Britain’s Top Employers for the second year running
- Receiving the IPA Gold accreditation for our continuous professional development for the third year running
